We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

The Essentials

  • Window: Items must be returned within 24 hours  of delivery.

  • Condition: Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

How it Works

  1. Start a Return: Email us at belvresupport@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Ship it Back: Once approved, mail your item to our return center. (Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged).

  3. Get Paid: After we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Need a different size? The fastest way to get it is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
