At Belvre, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 1 day from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@belvre.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Contact us at support@belvre.shop to arrange an exchange.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
